These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Peak Pals platform, a freemium service designed for social running challenges. By registering an account, you agree to these terms.

§2 Registration and User Account

Registration is free of charge. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

§3 Subscriptions and Freemium Model

Basic features of Peak Pals are available for free. Premium features or Corporate Wellness plans require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle.

§4 Third-Party Integrations (Strava, Garmin)

Peak Pals connects with third-party APIs such as Strava and Garmin to sync your activity data. We are not responsible for outages, data inaccuracies, or policy changes initiated by these third-party services.

§5 User Conduct

Users must engage respectfully within the platform. Harassment, cheating (e.g., submitting fake activity data), or exploiting the platform will result in account termination.

§6 Liability and Warranty

Peak Pals is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or perfectly accurate health data synchronization. We are not liable for physical injuries sustained while participating in challenges.

§7 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-app notification.

§8 Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Peak Pals has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. There is no tolerance for hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit material, or bullying. Any user found uploading or sharing such content will face immediate account termination and a permanent ban without prior warning. Users can report inappropriate content or block abusive users within the app, and our team will act on such reports within 24 hours.
